Do you own a local business or know one that would like to sponsor R. C. Lindsey Elementary?
Each year Robert C. Lindsey Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) holds one major fundraiser to support their programs for the year. For the past several years, PTO has held a very successful walk-a-thon called Laps for Lindsey. Lindsey students collect pledges from family and friends to sponsor them on their walk and to raise money for our school.
This year, Lindsey PTO hopes to, once again, provide each of our students and faculty with a Laps for Lindsey t-shirt. The 500 t-shirts will cost approximately $4,000. We are seeking donations to help defray the cost of the shirts. Our goal is to find eight (8) $500 gold sponsors or sixteen (16) $250 silver sponsors (or any combination thereof).
Gold sponsors – $500
Silver sponsors – $250
In return, Lindsey PTO will recognize our sponsors in the following way:
- Logo or name on the back of the Laps for Lindsey t-shirt
- Logo or name in our PTO newsletter
- Logo or name posted on the PTO Bulletin Board at school
- Logo or name on signage the week of the event and, other events throughout the year.
- Logo or name on a bookmark each child will receive.

Laps for Lindsey will kick off Wednesday, August 25, 2021. It will run thru Friday, September 24. Lindsey PTO hopes to raise $18,000 for the duration of the event.
